To ensure all units are properly prepared, we request NO EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES during peak season. 
(Sorry, not even to put your boat in.) Additional charges will apply of $20/hr with prior approval.

Due to heavy demand for these dates, a surcharge will be applied to any reservation less than the three night minimum for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.


Summer Rates

FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED

IN-SEASON VALUE RATES: May 26 - June 26, & Aug. 24 to Sept 2 --- 10% off Summer Rates (5 night minimum) great deal for a summer vacation in June!!

Additional People In Units Cost $10/night each.
(maximum count includes infants and cannot all be over the age of 14) No Charge For One Child Under Two Years Old

One Bedroom Units:

Base Price: $69/night for 1-2 people (Max of 4 people)

Two Bedroom Standard Units:

Base Price: $89/night for 1-4 people (Max of 6 people)

Two Bedroom Deluxe Units:

Base Price: $99/night for 1-4 people (Max of 6 people)

Extra Large Two Bedroom Unit (#3):

Base Price: $105/night for 1-4 people (Max of 6 people)

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

  • 2-3 nights require 1 night deposit
  • 4-7 nights require 2 nights deposit
  • 8+ nights require 3 nights deposit
  • Reservations are held for 5 days, pending receipt of deposit.
  • Reservations become final after you make a deposit and receive our confirmation.
  • Deposit will be credited to your charges, and the balance is due upon arrival (payment by cash or credit card)
  • You are held responsible for total number of nights reserved
  • Deposit (less a 30% service charge) refunded only if 30 days cancellation notice is given and full reservation is re-rented. Deposit will not be refunded if less than 30 days notice.
  • Group sizes are limited and may require a 7 night stay and additional deposits
  • A charge may apply for additional linens, and additional cleaning
  • Age restrictions. Security/noise deposit required if under the age of 21.
